CANADIAN CHARITABLE ANNUITY ASSOCIATION –
ROLE OF CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF GIFT PLANNERS (CAGP) REPRESENTATIVE

  1. The Representative will:

    (a) Serve as the key liaison between the CCAA and the CAGP Government Relations Committee, ensuring that issues of mutual interest are shared between the two organizations, specifically with regard to the regulatory environment for Charitable Gift Annuities in Canada;

    (b) Provide guidance to the CCAA Board as to how the Association could better serve and involve reinsurers and allied professionals.

  2. The CAGP Representative will serve as a voting member of the CCAA Board.
